These terms govern the Predicta Telegram bot, its free functions and subscription access. By subscribing, the user confirms the terms, price and period shown immediately before payment.
2. What Predicta is
Predicta creates personalised predictions and dream interpretations for entertainment. It offers a different perspective but does not guarantee future events or decide for the user.
Its responses are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
3. Free functions and trial
- Functions marked as free in the bot are available without a subscription.
- An extended 3-day trial may be available without any charge.
- The trial ending does not cause a payment. A subscription starts only after the user separately and explicitly confirms a Telegram invoice.
- The current free and paid feature sets are always displayed in the bot before payment.
4. Price, payment and period
Digital functions sold directly inside Telegram are paid for with Telegram Stars (XTR). The amount, access scope and billing period appear on the invoice before confirmation.
Where the invoice is a recurring Telegram Stars subscription, its standard period is 30 days. Renewal follows the Telegram mechanism disclosed when the user subscribes.
A separate web checkout for cards and wallets may be added later. Until it is live, planned currencies and payment marks on the product page are not an offer of an active payment method.
5. Access delivery
- Paid access is activated immediately after the payment platform confirms success.
- Access belongs to the Telegram account used for the purchase.
- If access is missing, use /paysupport or email the payment ID without sharing passwords or verification codes.
6. Cancellation
Cancel through the bot's subscription controls or /paysupport. Cancellation stops future charges. Without a refund request, paid access remains until the end of the paid period.
Deleting the chat or blocking the bot may not cancel billing, so use the subscription control and confirm the changed status.
7. Voluntary full refund
A full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of each charge, including after use. No fault needs to be proved; saying the product was not a fit is enough.
A Telegram payment is returned in Stars to the user's Telegram balance. A future web payment will return to the original method and currency. See the separate Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt the bot, bypass access restrictions or seek another person's data.
- Do not use Predicta for unlawful conduct, threats, harassment or decisions likely to harm a person.
- Never submit passwords, card details, SMS codes or other secrets.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be disclosed in the bot or here before they apply. Belarusian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under applicable law in the user's country.
